Portfolio
We are experts in developing the 14-19 Diplomas - over the last three years we have:
- Worked for the Sector Skills Councils; e-skills uk, SEMTA, Improve, to develop content and support materials for the Diplomas. We have developed audit tools, carried out research activities and generated resource materials that have been central to the development of the Diplomas.
- Worked with Local Authorities to present conferences and training events for teachers and college staff, support Gateway submission writing, developed curriculum and timetable models.
- Through our work with LSN, Dave wrote the QCA Programme of Study for the Diploma in IT.
Alongside our training courses we carry out in-depth consultancy. This involves a needs analysis meeting with relevant staff. From this meeting a development plan is drawn up and agreed. Over an agreed period, we will make regular visits to support the staff in achieving their goals, whether these be schoolwide, departmental, pastoral or for professional development.
We can put together a bespoke package to support individuals or whole schools, and will tailor our provision to best equip you to satisfy your needs.
We also to offer Pre-OFSTED support and use practicing OFSTED Inspectors to organise and deliver training for whole school issues such as; management, teaching and learning styles, and motivating students; or individual issues such as departmental specific assessment issues or methods of developing successful strategies and stress management.
All of our consultancy and training is supported through the use of Email and telephone as well as site visits and face to face meetings. We are also providers of E-Learning and E-Assessment materials, and are able to offer distance learning support over the Internet extending the traditional classroom. Please contact us for information on our consultancy service. EMAIL
